Whether it’s casting a line into a still pond with my granddaughter, walking alongside my sister through life’s challenges, or finding strength in my faith after heartbreak — these stories are meant to remind others they’re not alone. We’re here to celebrate life’s simple joys, honor hard-earned wisdom, and share grace through every season. Our hope is to inspire other women to share their own stories, to find strength in their voices, and to know that their lives matter. Who am I?
Hi, I'm Grammy - a storyteller, a survivor, and most of all, a grandmother who believes in the healing power of sharing our truth. Life has handed me more than my far share of heartbreak, from childhood trauma and betrayal to the deep losses of loved ones and a long, painful marriage coming to an end. But through it all, I've held onto my faith, family, and a deep desire to help others feel less alone.
Now that I've retired, I'm turning the page to a new chapter - one filled with fishing trips with my granddaughter Caraline, memories of my sister's resilience, and the stories that shaped who I am. "Stories by Grammy" is a place where I share those moments - the messy, beautiful, funny, and faith-filled parts of life.
This is more than just a website-it's my way of finding purpose, healing, and maybe even building a life I never thought possible. If my stories can bring a little light to someone else's darkness, then it's all worth it.
